This Code of Conduct aims to encourage behaviour change between Bristol City Council, Bristol Water PLC, Wales and West Utilities, Wessex Water and Western Power Distribution by going further than required in statute and demonstrating a willingness by all parties to reduce the impact of roadworks and streetworks on congestion.
