Guidance for Local Highway Authorities: a security-minded approach to Counter Terrorist Security
This guidance aims to provide support and advice for highway authorities to develop a [counter-terrorist (CT)] security strategy1, and has been developed in response to the London attacks on Westminster and London bridges. This is not new guidance but endeavours to provide signposting to existing resources, enabling highway authorities to develop their own security systems and culture.
